Delete your HelioHelm account

Account deletion is available to Standard and Premium members.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to HelioHelm and open Account.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm.

The request normally completes within minutes. You will be signed out when the request is accepted.

What is deleted

Your web billing customer and payment methods, RevenueCat customer profile, HelioHelm profile and settings, and authentication account are deleted. Any active web subscription is cancelled immediately. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting HelioHelm; cancel them in the store first to avoid future charges.

What may be retained

Billing providers may retain invoice, charge, subscription, and related history where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations. Encrypted recovery data may remain recoverable by authorized operators for up to 35 days. A non-reversible hash is kept for 45 days to prevent delayed billing events from recreating the account. A keyed, non-reversible digest of the normalized account email is retained while the free-trial offer remains available so deleting and recreating an account does not grant a second trial.

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address used for your account. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
