We use personal information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve HelioHelm; process payments; respond to support requests; monitor reliability and abuse; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing and Processors

We may share information with service providers that help us run HelioHelm, including cloud hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, email, and customer support providers. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

4. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide HelioHelm, maintain business records, resolve disputes, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to request portability of your data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your HelioHelm account at any time. To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address used for your HelioHelm account. If you used Facebook Login, please mention Facebook Login in your request so we can identify the related authentication data.

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal information we are not legally required to retain, including account profile data and authentication identifiers associated with your account. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You can also disconnect HelioHelm from your Facebook account in Facebook by going to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, selecting HelioHelm, and choosing Remove. This disconnects Facebook Login from HelioHelm, but you should still email us if you want data stored by HelioHelm deleted.

7. International Transfers

HelioHelm may rely on service providers in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you should protect your account credentials.
