Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 2, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account information, contact details, authentication identifiers, billing information, support messages, usage telemetry, device and browser data, and forecast input data you submit through HelioHelm.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve HelioHelm; process payments; respond to support requests; monitor reliability and abuse; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing and Processors
We may share information with service providers that help us run HelioHelm, including cloud hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, email, and customer support providers. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
4. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide HelioHelm, maintain business records, resolve disputes, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to request portability of your data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
6. Data Deletion Requests
You may delete your HelioHelm account at any time from Account in the app. Follow the instructions on our account deletion page. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Deletion immediately cancels any active web subscription and removes the web billing customer, saved web payment methods, RevenueCat customer profile, HelioHelm profile and settings, and authentication account. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled by account deletion and must be cancelled in the store. Billing providers may retain invoice, charge, subscription, and related history that must be kept for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legal obligations. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund; refund requests continue to follow our Refund Policy.
The active database record is deleted as part of this process. Encrypted recovery data may remain recoverable by authorized operators for up to 35 days before it ages out. We retain a non-reversible hash of the former account ID for 45 days so delayed billing events cannot recreate the deleted account. To enforce the one-trial rule, we also retain a keyed, non-reversible digest of the normalized account email while the free-trial offer remains available. These records do not store the email, billing customer ID, or original authentication account ID in readable form.
You can also disconnect HelioHelm from your Facebook account in Facebook by going to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, selecting HelioHelm, and choosing Remove. Disconnecting Facebook Login does not by itself delete data stored by HelioHelm.
7. International Transfers
HelioHelm may rely on service providers in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you should protect your account credentials.
9. Contact
Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected] or by post to Infraria, 142 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France.
