These Terms govern access to and use of HelioHelm, a solar forecasting and planning service operated by Infraria. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse HelioHelm, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, access systems without authorization, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Service Availability

HelioHelm forecasts, estimates, and recommendations are provided for informational planning purposes only. They are based on input data, third-party weather data, models, and assumptions that may be incomplete or inaccurate. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature where needed for maintenance, security, reliability, or business reasons.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

HelioHelm, including its software, interface, documentation, brand assets, and underlying technology, is owned by Infraria or its licensors. You retain rights to data you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infraria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made using forecast outputs.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of HelioHelm after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
